New Mill Cotton

BRIEF This was a self–initiated design project, that began with the word Dissent. Dissent is a right essential to any concept of the dignity and freedom of the individual, it is essential to the search for truth in a world wherein no authority is infallible. – Norman Thomas SOLUTION I decided to look at dissent within fashion, which lead me to fast fashion, which everyone buys into or has bought into at some stage of the lives. I created a slow fashion brand, New Mill Cotton, which is against fast fashion and is made from 100% organic cotton, which is a sustainable material therefore not harmful to the environment.
